Product Guarantee

In order for us to fulfil our obligations to you we suggest either ordering or viewing a sample before commencing with an order to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product prior to purchasing it.

NB: We will supply free samples provided they are returned to us on a 5 day return basis – if samples are not returned, you will be charged full price including GST and Freight.

Unprinted Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with the unprinted products we supply, you need to send them back stating in writing what the problem is. Goods must be returned within FIVE WORKING DAYS and we will refund your money in full.

NB: Freight Charges are not included in this offer.

Printed Goods

We will only accept products of this nature back if there are quality issues resulting from the printing process and it must be stated in writing what the problem is. Goods must be returned within FIVE WORKING DAYS.
