Terms of Trade

In order to protect you, we will only process orders following the receipt of a signed copy of your Order Confirmation and Terms of Trade. After that time, orders may not be cancelled.

Quotes for Branded Items

When you order products from us, we do our best to put all the information in front of you so that you can make an informed purchasing decision without wasting hours on the internet. However, where these products are branded the costs can vary from job to job depending on the final size and colour specifications of your logo. For this reason, we reserve the right to adjust your quote in the course of the job once we look at your artwork. We will do this only in consultation with you and should a price change be required, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the products we supply, we will refund your money in full only when they are returned within five working days with a written explanation as to why you have returned them. This guarantee does not however apply to products that have been personalised with your logo. We will only accept these products back if there are quality issues resulting from the printing process. Freight charges are also not included in this offer.

Artwork

If we have developed artwork for you in the course of the transaction, this remains the property of ACE Promo Gifts. It may not be altered or used in any way without or written approval.

Standard Payment Terms

You will be invoiced for your order on the day following delivery and all credit accounts must be paid in full by the 20th of the month following date of purchase. Any account unpaid beyond 30 days overdue will incur a 10% penalty charge and we will not accept any further orders from you. You will also be liable for any costs, which are incurred by ACE Promo Gifts in the collection of overdue accounts (min charge $56.25 will apply). Title of Goods shall not pass to the Customer until full payment is received.

Debt Collection

If payment is not received by the due date, we will contact you within a few days to rectify the situation. If the debt is then not cleared within 30 days, it will be placed in the hands of a debt collection agency, and interest and collection charges will be added to your account.
