Printing Setup Charges:

Initial Setup Fees are from $40.00 per colour/location
Repeat Setup Fees are from $30.00 per colour/location

How To Work It Out:

If you have a one colour logo you will be charged $40 for this colour.

If you have a two colour logo you will be charged $40 for the first colour and $40 for the second colour = total $80.00

If you require a one colour logo printed on the barrel and another one colour logo printed on the clip part, this will be the same as the two colour setup fee = $40 x 2 = $80.00

Change Outs

If you order a quantity of products and require multiple changes to minor details of the copy, the setup charges will be $40 for the original copy and $25.00 for each change after that. Additional print colours or positions will be charged at $40.00 each. Repeat setups for change out orders are from $25.00 per colour/location.

Artwork

All film, plates and screens created by ACE Promo Gifts in the production of your order will remain our property. We are able to provide copies of artwork or email images for you to use elsewhere and the time involved to do so will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per 5 minutes = $60 per hour.

Proofs

A paper proof or email proof will be sent before printing commences. This must be checked carefully and if correct signed and returned. No printing will proceed without a signed proof. ACE Promo Gifts will take no responsibility whatsoever for errors or omissions once a proof is signed so please check proofs carefully.

Pre Production Samples

Pre production samples are available at the cost of $32.00 plus normal setup charges. If the order proceeds in an unchanged format - repeat setup charges will apply to the production order. Any changes will incur new setup charges.

Delivery

Delivery of the printed product is usually within 10-15 working days of receipt of the signed proof assuming the product ordered is in stock. This time frame may vary depending on the work load of our suppliers factory and we cannot be held responsible for orders taking longer than 10- 15 working days.

Urgent Orders

Urgent orders are possible but please check with us before placing an urgent order.

Unprinted orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt under normal circumstances assuming we have stock available.

Changing Refills

The standard refill colours of each pen are listed on the website and in our catalogues. If other refill colours are available these are listed underneath in brackets - however there is a charge of .10c plus the cost of the refill to supply the pens with the alternative refill. The standard refills that have been removed will also be sent with the pens.

Delivery/Freight

Once the printed goods arrive at ACE Promo Gifts, they are quality checked to ensure all products, pens and refills are in working order, prior to being delivered to you.

Any freight charges are paid for by the customer - should freight charges exceed $50.00 you will be contacted for approval before we proceed to send the order.

Unfortunately freight rates are beyond our control and are subject to change without notice.

Damaged Goods

We must be notified of any claims for damaged goods while in transit within 5 days of despatch date. Liability for any settlement rests with the carrier and we do not take liability for their actions.

GST

All prices are plus GST unless otherwise stated and all prices are subject to change without notice.
